Serving 30 Cities in the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire

Real estate giant Majestic Reality has turned to the internet to garner support from football fans and to help raise interest from an NFL team.

The stadium’s website has been upgraded in order to give fans a more complete picture of what Majestic is proposing in an effort to attract fans and a team.

“We’ve updated our existing website so that we can give people a more interactive tool to discover what we have to offer,” said Project Manager Taylor Talt. “It has always been a site where people could go to get information about the project, but it is much more than that now.”

The website provides information related to the location of the proposed stadium, its certification process, job creation, environmental impact studies, progress reports, news and other amenities.

The main feature of the site is to promote what Talt calls “the extended pregame experience.”

“This stadium was definitely inspired by the Southern Californian lifestyle,” said Talt. “It will sit on 600 acres in a centrally-located Southern Californian location with 25,000 parking spots.”

Some of the pre-game experiences Talt described include sand, volleyball courts, x-games areas, motor-cross events and even pre-game concerts, along with popular tailgate party areas.

“People can come to our site and get involved with this process,” said Talt. “We have also reached out to social network sites such as Facebook.”

This connection between Majestic and NFL fans is designed to ensure that Southern Californians don’t lose interest in the project. The more interactive fans become in pursuit of a team, the more the NFL will have to listen to them, according to Talt.

“The stadium is 100 percent ready to begin construction at this time having been completely entitled, certified and approved,” said Talt. “Once we get the word, we will go forward with construction immediately.”

According to Talt, the estimated timetable for this project is about two years.

“It will take us about 24 to 26 months to complete the project once we begin,” added Talt.
